Overview
STRYD is a contemporary footwear brand focused on merging performance-inspired design with everyday lifestyle wear. As the brand prepared to launch its newest collection, they partnered with Fexel to develop a campaign system that could position STRYD as both fashion-forward and accessible.
The objective was to create a visual identity that felt clean, modern, and instantly recognizable across social media, digital campaigns, retail placements, and launch materials.
Challenge
The footwear space is heavily saturated with aggressive sports marketing and trend-driven visuals. STRYD wanted to avoid both extremes — neither overly technical nor purely fashion-focused.
The challenge was finding a balance between:
performance and lifestyle
minimalism and impact
editorial visuals and commercial clarity
At the same time, the campaign needed enough flexibility to support multiple shoe variations while still feeling visually connected.
Approach
Fexel built the campaign around the idea of movement through scale and composition.
Oversized footwear elements became the centerpiece of the visual system, turning the product itself into an environmental object rather than simply a retail item. Combined with monochromatic blue-and-white palettes, reflective studio lighting, and minimal typography, the campaign achieved a soft but high-impact aesthetic.

Every campaign asset was designed to feel structured, calm, and visually elevated while still remaining commercially effective.
Outcome
The campaign launch significantly increased engagement across STRYD’s social channels and became the brand’s highest-performing visual rollout to date.
The modular system allowed the internal team to quickly adapt the campaign across new colorways, promotional drops, and retail displays without losing consistency.
More importantly, the campaign helped establish STRYD’s identity beyond footwear — positioning the brand within a broader lifestyle and fashion-oriented space.
